Collections & Customer Service Specialist
About The Position
The Collections & Customer Service Specialist conducts a high volume of outbound calls to ATBS clients regarding account balances while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, in-person role in ATBS’s Laramie, Wyoming office. The specialist reviews client accounts and balances due, resolves account variances, takes payments, processes refund and credit memo requests, and contacts clients about declined or expiring credit cards. The role also involves maintaining ATBS records using company software and providing professional, positive service to internal and external clients. ATBS has served individual owner-operator truck drivers and large fleets since 1998. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or higher.
- 2–3 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
- Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and good aptitude with numbers.
- Strong customer service orientation and customer relation skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to generate a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
