About The Position

Terminix Service, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service & Collections Representative to work at its Flat Rock, North Carolina location. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, helping customers resolve account issues, collecting payments, offering solutions, and supporting sales through product knowledge and persuasive communication. The position is a day-shift role, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour plus commission. Paid training is provided from day one, including travel and meals at no cost to the employee.
