Requirements
- High school diploma and five or more years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Costpoint, FUSION, Hyperion, DFAS, MOCAS, My Invoice, or other government payment software suites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience with accounts receivable and/or government contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoice and project collections, executing individual plans to maximize company revenue.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and working with minimal supervision.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the company’s financial goals and objectives.
