Requirements

• High school education and five or more years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with systems such as Costpoint, FUSION, Hyperion, DFAS, MOCAS, My Invoice, or other government payment software suites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience with accounts receivable and/or government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice and project collections, executing individual plans to maximize company revenue.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and working with minimal supervision.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to support the company’s financial goals and objectives.
