About The Position
The Collections Analyst acts as a liaison between creditors and customers to collect outstanding payments. The role requires frequent, high-touch communication by email and phone. Work is performed in a cubicle environment.
Requirements
- Ability to reconcile accounts.
- Ability to communicate with customers and creditors via email and phone.

- Credit experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned accounts.
- Contact debtors to begin the recovery process.
- Negotiate debt payments.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Prepare repayment plans to increase collections, as needed.
