Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone, approve written correspondence, and attempt to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates in computer files for each call made or received.
• Use skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to help them find funds to meet their payment obligations.
• Comply with and stay current on applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to job duties.
• Comply with and stay current on TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures.
• Provide management with feedback about possible problems or areas for improvement.
• Recommend improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
