About The Position

This position involves training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating Coffee Bar associates to maintain performance standards and oversee all Coffee Bar activities. The role is primarily conducted in a store environment and requires managing customer service levels and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. There are potential exposures to cold temperatures, sharp knives, dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement hazards.

Requirements

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables.
  • Ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
  • Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
  • Ability to write identifying information.
  • Ability to request supplies orally or in writing.
  • Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of less than 20 inches to less than 20 feet, with color vision and depth perception.
  • Ability to read descriptions on boxes and shelf tags to order product and place merchandise in proper locations.
  • Ability to work shifts varying in length and times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
