This position is for an internal candidate to train as a Coffee Bar Manager. The role involves providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, as well as training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating Coffee Bar associates. The manager will maintain performance standards and supervise all Coffee Bar activities. The duties are normally conducted in a store environment with exposure to cold temperatures when handling products in the cooler and freezer. There is significant responsibility for maintaining customer service levels and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position involves occasional exposure to hazards such as sharp knives, dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement.
