About The Position

This position involves training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating Coffee Bar associates to maintain performance standards and oversee all Coffee Bar activities. The role is primarily conducted in a store environment and requires the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The job entails exposure to cold temperatures when handling products in coolers and freezers, and involves working with sharp knives. There is occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and hazards related to equipment movement. Stressful situations are encountered in this fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables as they are presented.
  • Ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
  • Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
  • Ability to write identifying information.
  • Ability to request supplies orally or in writing.
  • Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of less than 20 inches to less than 20 feet, with color vision and depth perception.
  • Ability to read descriptions on boxes and shelf tags to order product and place merchandise in proper locations.
  • Ability to work shifts varying in length and times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
