About The Position

Serves coffee and other products to internal and external customers in a polite and courteous manner. Portions products correctly, keeps service and work areas clean and sanitary, and replenishes products as needed. The role includes making Starbucks drinks and providing friendly, efficient customer service. This is a PRN position with hours not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of experience.
• No supervisor experience required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer sales transactions accurately and promptly, following department cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Serve Coffee Bar customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Maintain and organize stock of items and comply with sanitation guidelines.
• Portion products correctly, keep service and work areas clean and sanitary, and replenish products as necessary.
