About The Position

RH is seeking a knowledgeable and service-minded Bar & Coffee Associate to deliver a refined beverage experience reflecting high hospitality standards. The associate guides guests through their beverage journey, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation, while building expertise in wine, coffee, and cocktails in a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire.
• Meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities under local labor and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, including uniform, grooming, and hygiene guidelines.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
• Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching overhead and below counter height.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to safely ascend and descend stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment.
• Ability to navigate low-lit, busy bar and service areas safely.
• Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering First Class Service that reflects RH’s hospitality standards.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Follow RH’s recipe and service standards for all beverages.
• Guide guests thoughtfully on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections.
• Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the bar, storage areas, and related service spaces.
• Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
• Represent the brand through warm guest engagement, polished personal presentation, and knowledge of RH’s full menu, particularly beverage offerings.
• Support service flow by anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed.
• Partner with location leadership on regular beverage inventory and contribute to service and financial goals.
