About The Position

RH Hospitality is expanding its portfolio of restaurants within Design Galleries worldwide and aims to create an integrated experience that blends home and hospitality. RH seeks a knowledgeable, service-minded Bar & Coffee Associate to deliver a refined beverage experience that reflects high hospitality standards. The associate guides guests through their beverage journey, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation. The role is suited to someone passionate about developing expertise in wine, coffee, and cocktails and committed to luxury service, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire.
• Meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities under applicable local labor and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, including compliance with uniform, grooming, and hygiene guidelines.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
• Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching overhead and below counter height.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to safely ascend and descend stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment.
• Ability to navigate low-lit, busy bar and service areas safely and with control.
• Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inviting guest experience through First Class Service that reflects RH’s hospitality standards.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Follow RH’s beverage recipes and service standards to uphold quality and consistency.
• Guide guests thoughtfully through beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections.
• Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the bar, storage areas, and related service spaces.
• Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
• Represent the brand by engaging warmly with guests, maintaining polished personal presentation, and demonstrating knowledge of RH’s menu, especially beverage offerings.
• Support service flow by anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed.
• Partner with location leadership on regular beverage inventory and contribute to service and financial goals.
