About The Position

Cattlemens Restaurants is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide fast, friendly, and professional beverage service in a family-owned steakhouse. The role includes delivering drinks promptly and accurately, maintaining an organized service area, anticipating guest needs, and collaborating with bartenders, servers, and management to uphold four-star hospitality standards. The listed pay is $16.90 per hour plus tips. Previous cocktail or restaurant serving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous beverage service to guests.
• Deliver initial drinks within five minutes, garnished and prepared according to recipe standards.
• Offer and deliver refills proactively.
• Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management to uphold Cattlemens’ hospitality standards.
