About The Position

The Co-Manager reports to the Store Manager and promotes a positive omnichannel shopping experience, builds loyal client relationships, and produces strong business results. The role demonstrates leadership by recruiting, training, and coaching team members, and maximizes store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Requirements

High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing, or equivalent management experience.
Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to foster participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others' ideas.
Flexibility, innovation, and urgency in identifying and responding to changes in the business environment.
Social media, mobile device, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or OpenOffice skills.
Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
