CNC Operator II -Weekends $2,000 Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Pioneer Human Services is hiring a CNC Mills Operator II to operate milling machines and support an organization focused on rehabilitation, reintegration, and social change. The operator sets up, operates, or tends machines that mill, shape, groove, or profile metal workpieces; reads blueprints and other technical documents to meet customer specifications; performs machine programming; and trains new employees. The position is listed for weekends and offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus. New hires typically start at $28.08–$35.10 per hour, depending on factors including location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of experience operating machinery.
- Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.
- Experience working with tight tolerances.
Nice To Haves
- Experience on Mazak machines.
