About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The role works on the front lines of resident care, supporting dignity, respect, and resident choice. The CNA provides direct care, reports changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and documents care in the POC system. This position requires effective time management and prioritization of tasks. New and experienced CNAs are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Hold BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
