About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines of resident care, helping ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. New and experienced CNAs are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
