About The Position
The CNA provides compassionate, resident-centered care at AHMC - The Alice Center in Malone, New York. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living while ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. The CNA accurately documents care activities and collaborates with the healthcare team to meet resident needs. This is a part-time bargaining union position scheduled for 24 standard hours per week (48 hours per pay period), working the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with every-other-weekend coverage. A $7 per hour night shift differential is offered. The position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,800 paid over 12 months, subject to a 12-month commitment and stated terms and conditions; network internal applicants are not eligible. The Alice Center describes its care setting as small, home-like neighborhoods and offers mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Active New York State CNA certification.
