About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident-centered care at AHMC - The Alice Center in Malone, New York. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living while supporting their safety, comfort, and dignity. The CNA provides compassionate care, documents activities accurately, and collaborates with the healthcare team to meet residents’ needs. This is a full-time, bargaining union position with 40 standard hours per week (80 hours per pay period). The scheduled night shift is 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, with every-other-weekend availability required. The position offers a $7-per-hour night shift differential.
Requirements
- Active New York State CNA certification.

Benefits
- Competitive pay of $23.19–$29.75 per hour, plus a $7-per-hour night shift differential.
- May be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 over 12 months; a 12-month commitment is required, network internals are not eligible, and the bonus is subject to taxes, terms, conditions, and change.
