About The Position
Griswold Home Care is seeking a dependable, motivated, compassionate, and reliable caregiver for daytime shifts in Cartersville, GA. The client is a 57-year-old male who requires assistance with daily living and may require heavy lifting. This position offers weekly pay of $17-19 per hour and is located close to home for those living in the Cartersville area.
Requirements
- Current Georgia CNA license or PCA certification
- High School Diploma or GED- with the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Good communication skills- written and oral
- Compassionate and positive attitude, with a love for seniors and the disabled
- Current Georgia Driver's license- with proof of current auto insurance
- CPR & First Aid
- TB Skin Test (within last year) or Chest X-ray (within past 5 years)
- Must live near Cartersville, GA
- Caregiver must be okay with lifting heavy
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation/feeding, toileting, medication reminders and ambulation
- Complete daily activity logs for every shift
- Driving client to lunch, social engagements, and doctor’s appointments
