About The Position
Integrity In-Home Care is urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist a client in Columbia, SC who recently sustained injuries to both kneecaps and needs support with mobility and personal care. The caregiver will provide assistance with daily activities to help the client remain safe and comfortable at home. Our staff provide the best home health care services and cater to the specific needs of each client. We bring high quality care right to your loved one's front door so that they can stay at home, in an environment that is comfortable and familiar to them.
Requirements
- Experience assisting with personal care and mobility support
- Comfortable assisting a client who uses a walker
- Reliable, compassionate, and safety-focused
- Comfortable around pets
Responsibilities
- Bathroom assistance (walking safely to/from the bathroom)
- Shower assistance (helping client safely enter handicap-accessible shower)
- Dressing assistance
- Personal care support
- Mobility assistance with walker
- Possible transportation assistance to outpatient therapy appointments (therapy begins August 14)
