About The Position

Ho‘okele Home Care is hiring three compassionate CNAs or Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to kupuna in their homes on Oahu, Hawaii. Assistants work in designated neighborhoods with a consistent group of clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life through personal care, homemaker tasks, and errands. The role includes a consistent full-time schedule, guaranteed 40 hours except during some holidays, a company car for travel between client homes, and support from a designated RN team leader and scheduler. Applicants must currently reside in Hawaii or be relocating there in the near future. The employer advertises a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.

Requirements

• Currently reside on Oahu, Hawaii, or be moving there soon.
• Complete a Nurse Aide training program or hold a nurse aide certification; active, out-of-state, and inactive licenses or certifications are accepted.
• Be comfortable driving on Oahu.
• Hold a current valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Own a smartphone and have access to email.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• One year of caregiving experience is preferred.
