About The Position
Spirit Hospice is a locally owned company that emphasizes trust, compassion, and care for patients and employees. Hospice Aides are vital members of the interdisciplinary team, serving as a primary communicator of patients’ needs and carrying out each patient’s care plan. They work closely with the RN Case Manager to help ensure patients receive the best care.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the State of Georgia.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Reliable and legal transportation to and from patients’ residences.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice or home care experience.
Responsibilities
- Follow the care plan established for each patient.
- Communicate patients’ needs as a key member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Work with the RN Case Manager to support and ensure quality patient care.
