About The Position

Round Lake Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a CNA/HHA/Home Health Aide to join their growing team. This beautiful community, which opened in January 2023, is located in Arden Hills, MN, near Bethel University. The community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 120-unit, apartment-style setting. Lifespark's mission is to help seniors 'Age Magnificently' by providing comprehensive senior health services, enabling them to live fuller, more independent lives.

Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.
• Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
• CNA/HHA certification.
• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
