Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Full Time CNA/HHA/Home Health Aide to join their growing team. Round Lake Senior Living, which opened in January 2023, is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills, near Bethel University. The community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services, helping seniors Age Magnificently in a 120-unit, apartment-style setting. The role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with personal care services, and engaging them in meaningful activities. The community emphasizes a family-like atmosphere and making a positive impact on residents' lives.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
