About The Position

Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/HHA/Home Health Aide (Part Time) to join their growing team. Round Lake Senior Living, which opened in January 2023, is a beautiful 120-unit apartment-style community in Arden Hills, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is focused on helping seniors 'Age Magnificently' and is looking for team members who share this passion. This role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, engaging residents, and supporting medication administration.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
