About The Position

Round Lake Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and passionate CNA/HHA/Home Health Aide to join our growing team. We are a beautiful, newly opened community (January 2023) located in Arden Hills, MN, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Requirements

CNA or HHA certification.
Compassionate towards others.
Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
Ability to provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living.
Ability to engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Ability to assist with medication administration.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined in the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
