About The Position

All Saints Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and passionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver/HHA/CNA. This full-time AM position involves enriching the lives of seniors in our beautiful 84-unit, apartment-style community, which offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. We are located one mile off Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota, and pride ourselves on stable leadership and a welcoming staff. Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
