About The Position

Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA to join their team. Trails of Orono Senior Living is located in Orono, MN, in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their apartment-style community, providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Trails of Orono is an established community with a fun, caring, and passionate team.

Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with their personal care services.
• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
