About The Position

Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant/Activity Assistant to join our team! Trails of Orono Senior Living is located in Orono, MN, in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate group programs (large group and small group) as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
