About The Position

Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNA to join our team! Trails of Orono Senior Living is located in Orono, MN. We are in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Trails of Orono is an established community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7a-3p). Part Time PM (3-11p) HHA Wage: $17-$22 CNA Wage: $19-$24 Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our CNA’s and HHA’s become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.

Responsibilities
