About The Position

Valora Orono, a new Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNA - Part Time - to join our growing team! Valora Orono is nestled in the pristine Orono community, just minutes from the charm of downtown Wayzata, Lake Minnetonka, and Long Lake. Our community is conveniently located on Kelley Parkway in Orono. We are just a short drive from downtown Wayzata and Long Lake, easily accessible from US-12 / I-394. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 72- unit apartment-style community providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7am-3pm), Every Other Weekend required HHA Wage: $17-22hr CNA Wage: $19-24hr Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings/ $2 for Overnights Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.
