About The Position

Round Lake Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant/Server to join their growing team. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while fostering an environment that promotes resident well-being. Round Lake Senior Living is a beautiful community that opened in January 2023, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in Arden Hills, MN.

Requirements

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
• Create an environment that promotes resident well-being.
• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room.
• Serve and bus trays.
• Pour and cover beverages.
• Assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
