About The Position

Harrison Bay Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Server (On-Call/Float) to join their growing team. This role is crucial in enriching the lives of residents and helping them 'Age Magnificently'. The Culinary Server becomes part of the family and impacts the lives of residents in a beautiful facility located in Mound, MN, near Lake Minnetonka. The team is described as creative, fun, and dedicated to the residents' well-being.

Requirements

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room.
• Serve and bus trays.
• Pour and cover beverages.
• Assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
