About The Position

Harrison Bay Senior Living is seeking compassionate and passionate individuals to join their team as CNA/HHA/Caregivers. This role involves enriching the lives of seniors in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, specifically at Harrison Bay in Mound, MN. The facility offers assisted living, memory care, and independent living. The team is described as creative, fun, and dedicated to helping residents 'Age Magnificently'. This position offers a $1500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA certification.
• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
• Providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
