About The Position

Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a CNA, HHA, & Caregiver (On Call) to join our growing team! Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It’s a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and most of all help our residents Age Magnificently! Shifts Available: On Call - AM 6:00am-2:15pm , PM 2:00pm-10:15pm , NOC 10:00pm-6:15am . HHA Wage: $17.00 - 22.00 wage is based on experience CNA Wage: $19.00 - 24.00 wage is based on experience Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Responsibilities

Providing support to our residents with their personal care services
Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
