About The Position

Harrison Bay Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and passionate CNA, HHA, & Caregiver (full-time PM) to join their growing team. This role is crucial in enriching the lives of seniors and helping them 'Age Magnificently!' within a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility located in Mound, MN, offering a lakeside work environment with 72 units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team is described as creative, fun, and dedicated to resident well-being.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with their personal care services.
• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
