About The Position

Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a CNA, HHA, & Caregiver (Part Time) to join our growing team! Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It’s a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and most of all help our resident Age Magnificently! Our CNA’s and HHA’s become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Assist with medication administration.
