All Saints Senior Living: Culinary Assistant/Server (part-time AM/PM)
About The Position
All Saints Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant to join their growing team. All Saints Senior Living is located one mile off Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous 84-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. All Saints provides a stable leadership team and welcoming staff. The Culinary Assistant/Server will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
