Requirements
- Passionate about helping others.
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills with clients.
- Spanish speaking required.
- Desire to help the community and make a difference in someone’s life.
- C.N.A (Certified Nursing Assistant) or H.H.A (Home Health Aide) certified.
- Requires Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
- Provide a helping hand.
- Have fun and engaging conversations with clients to build relationships.
- Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies (scrap booking, gardening, games, etc.).
- Prep meals for clients to enjoy.
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
- Report on activities completed with clients and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
