About The Position
5 Star Cares is hiring experienced CNAs, DSPs, HHAs, and PCAs to support higher-acuity and Level 2 residents in group home settings in Tampa, Florida. The role involves providing compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and/or behavioral health needs. Weekend schedules are available, including Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, with 12-hour day shifts. Pay is $15–$19 per hour, based on experience and certification.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing.
- Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to lift or assist up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening.

Responsibilities
