About The Position

HomeWell Care Services of NWI is hiring compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and others who want to age in place. Caregivers help enhance clients’ quality of life through empathetic, excellent, and reliable support. Full-time and part-time options are available, with flexible schedules. Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 per hour. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Daily access to email, the internet, and a mobile phone.
• Proof of a current negative tuberculosis (TB) test, as required by the State of Indiana.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including lifting, pushing, and pulling approximately 25 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with proof of valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Compassion for older adults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Maturity, caring attitude, punctuality, and reliability.

• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care.

Responsibilities

• Provide social companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including feeding, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning, laundry, and cooking or meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Provide standby assistance with transfers.
• Provide overnight safety assistance.
• Provide other care as needed.
