About The Position
HomeWell Care Services of NWI is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors. The role supports clients who wish to age in place and helps enhance their quality of life with empathy, excellence, and integrity. Full-time and part-time options are available. Training is provided, and candidates can ask about the fast-track hiring process.
Requirements
- Have daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
- Provide proof of a current negative tuberculosis (TB) test, as required by the State of Indiana.
- Be physically able to perform the duties, including lifting, pushing, and pulling approximately 25 pounds.
- Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of valid automobile insurance.
- Have a compassionate heart for older adults.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.

- Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care.
Responsibilities
- Provide social companionship.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including feeding, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and cooking or meal preparation.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Provide standby assistance with transfers.
- Provide overnight safety assistance.
