About The Position

Amada Senior Care is urgently hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and veterans. Caregivers help clients remain safe and comfortable at home while encouraging independence and daily activities. Applicants must be willing to travel to surrounding areas, including within a 20-mile radius. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling; weekend and overnight shifts are available. In-office orientation and paid training are provided.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work with both male and female clients.
• Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Encourage clients’ independence and participation in daily activities.
