CNA / Caregiver – Flexible Scheduling
About The Position
Amada Senior Care is hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and veterans so they can remain safe and comfortable at home. Caregivers support clients with companionship, personal care, medication reminders, mobility, errands, appointments, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily activities. The role requires travel to clients in surrounding areas, within a 20-mile radius. Part-time work and flexible scheduling are available, including weekends and overnights. The position includes in-office orientation and paid training, with support from office staff.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Willingness to work with both male and female clients.
- Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Encourage clients’ independence and participation in daily activities.
