About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers and CNAs to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Columbia, Missouri, and surrounding communities. The role offers flexible scheduling, with opportunities for part-time hours or to grow a schedule, supported by a local office team. Caregivers help clients feel safe and supported while maintaining comfort and independence in their homes.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, sweeping, and dusting.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Run errands and assist with daily activities.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
