Caregiver (PCA, HHA, CNA) – Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers—including Homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)—to support seniors in Huntington, MA, and surrounding communities. Caregivers help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes while providing comfort, companionship, and day-to-day assistance. Applicants may have prior caregiving experience or be new to the field; free PCA and HHA training and certification opportunities are available to qualified applicants for eligible positions. Certification requirements depend on the position. The role offers flexible scheduling, with day and overnight shifts and part-time and full-time opportunities. Shifts are 8 to 12 hours depending on the assignment. Pay is competitive and based on experience, skills, certifications, and assignment. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare meals and help with daily routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and everyday activities.
- Report changes in a client's condition or well-being.
