About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Westfield and surrounding communities. Opportunities are available for people with caregiving experience as well as those seeking to start a caregiving career. Roles include Homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Free training opportunities are available to qualified applicants who do not yet have HHA or CNA certification. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time opportunities and day or overnight shifts. Shifts are 8 to 12 hours depending on the assignment. Caregivers receive support from a dedicated office team and may have opportunities to develop their caregiving skills. Requirements

• Compassion, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• HHA or CNA certification is not required for all applicants; free training opportunities are available to qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Do laundry and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility.
• Report changes in a client's condition or well-being.
