About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Russell, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The organization welcomes both experienced caregivers and people beginning a career in caregiving. Available roles include homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Qualified applicants may receive free HHA training and certification.

Positions are available full-time and part-time, with flexible scheduling. Assignments may involve day or overnight shifts and shifts of 8 to 12 hours, depending on the assignment. Nice To Haves

• Experience as a caregiver.
• HHA or CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Do laundry and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility.
• Report changes in a client's well-being.
