Part Time CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one in-home support to clients in Greenfield, Missouri. The position supports clients with activities of daily living and helps them live at home. Available hours vary by location. The employer is currently staffing part-time and PRN/fill-in work, with potential to build additional hours. A listed schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon; flexible scheduling is also offered. The role offers training, flexible scheduling, a team-focused work environment, and support from a home health care provider. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
